 Service/ Late/Cancellation/No-Show Policies 

🤍For same-day appointments, please call or text before booking to confirm your appointment with the stylist.

     If You do not call or text before booking, your deposit will be keep.


🤍Hair must be washed, Detangled and blown by before your appointment.  

🤍Make sure your hair has no oil or leave-in conditioners before your appointment.

🤍Color 1B synthetic braiding Hair is included in some of our services. If you want a different hair color you are  welcome to purchase from Amazon or any beauty supply. 


🤍You are welcome to send a  picture of your nature hair before your scheduled appointment.


🤍Ensure you book the correct Hairstyle before booking. The hairstyle can not be changed after booking.

🤍Any rescheduling has to be 7 days ( A week) before your appointment. Anything less than 7 days ( A week), 100 % of your deposit will be kept, and a new deposit will need to be reissued for a new date.

🤍We cannot guarantee how long your braids will last, depending on how well you will take care of them and the texture of your hair. You are allowed 24 hours for a free touch-up to your hair. After 24 hours, EVERYTHING has to be paid.

🤍Please know I make videos while working please let me know when booking if you are not comfortable to be on camera. Thanks! 


DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT

🤍You are required to pay 30% of your deposit prior to your appointment. 

🤍Your remaining payment must be with CASH or ZELLE ONLY 

🤍Please be patient, hair styles may take longer on different clients' based on hair texture and hair style. Please make sure you book on a date when you're completely free. Do not book the day you have an event cause your hair can take an additional time, we take pride in our work and we will not rush our work. 

 


*LATE FEES *

🤍I acknowledge I will be charged a $15 late fee even with notification if I am 10 mins late for my appointment.

🤍I will be charged a $50 late fee if I am 15 mins late, even with notifications. 

🤍If I am 20 to 30 mins late  for my appointment, I will have to pay a $100 late payment, reschedule my appointment, or communicate with my stylist about my options.

🤍I confirm that I will be the only one attending my appointment. No extra guest Unless I  am under the age of 18.

🤍If you no-call no-show, 100 % of your deposit will be kept, and you will no longer be able to book any future appts with me.

🤍Please be aware if you are not ready or seated at the specified times above ⬆️, you will be considered LATE. There are no exceptions to this.
